RESET 2025 retreat is a radical and embodied inquiry into what’s holding us back and what’s needed for us to step into our greatest potential. Through movement, meditation, radical reflection, rest and recreation, we will unwind and release all that we are carrying so that we can open up to all that we are becoming. It will be a generous balance of practice and play as we reflect on where we are coming from and imagine into where we are going.

El Triángulo is nestled behind the town of Mazunte up a healthy hill. We are a fifteen minute walk from the beach up a hill. Guests must feel comfortable walking up a hill or they may rent a four wheeler or scooter to go up and down the hill.

True healing calls us to unpack and unlearn all that we’ve accumulated along the way: limiting beliefs, habitual patterns, negative thoughts – so that we can break down the barriers and breakthrough to freedom. In this practice, we will let go of what is holding us back from our wholeness and explore what it is to live into our potential and build the world that we all deserve. Our journey will be inspired by movement, cradled by nature, nourished by plant-based food, held in sacred space, so that we can slow down, untangle ourselves from old patterns, and recalibrate with who we are and what we are here to do.

Our host, El Triángulo, located on hill above the beach of Mazunte. A space to create within the rugged beauty and magic of the oaxacan coastline. The qualities of the divine mother are richly experienced here through nature: she is soft and she is strong, both soothing and activating. her heat melts the body and mind, while waking up the inner fire. This is a place of refuge, remembering and resetting. All rooms and bathrooms are shared.

This retreat will balance group-guided and self-guided time featuring dynamic movement practice, radical reflection, community coaching, nature exploration, shared meals, collective ritual, shared meals, star gazing, hot bathing, salt water swimming and more.
