The word solstice translates to “sun stands still”. It is an invitation to slow down, soak in the sunlight and let your light shine. While spring calls us to plant seeds, summer illuminates our path and offers a gateway to harness our full power and potential. The seeds are already sown. It’s time to slow down and receive the wisdom and gifts of our transformation.

But as the light shines brighter, the shadow also grows bigger. This seasonal portal is priming us to not burn out but to channel our power and energy towards more creative ways of being and doing. It reminds us that destruction is a natural part of the cycle of transformation, but so is rebirth and renewal. The truth of change is that even as the world as we know it burns, a phoenix rises from the ashes.
