The revolution is inside-out.

We are not just working toward liberation—we are practicing it, moment by moment, in how we move, relate, resist, and create. Drawing from somatics, dance, ritual, and nature-based healing lineages, this workshop invites us into elemental practices of body and spirit—ways of moving differently, together, as we show up to and nurture collective social movements capable of holding complexity and healing.

Join Kerri Kelly & Dana Balicki for a day of embodied rebellion and prayer, art and strategy—a journey of movement, ritual and radical inquiry, where felt rebellions weave into collective shifts.

Through music, the land, our senses, and nourished imaginations, we’ll cultivate a movement language that reveals possibility and restoration. Together, we will balance embodied play with devotional experiments in aliveness—practices that help us shake off the noise of dominant culture and expand our capacity for the immense work ahead.

Rooted in the wisdom of natural rhythms and elements, we’ll explore:

Resourcing in relationship

A practice of returning to nature and natural rhythms of being and moving

Metabolizing transformation

A dynamic inquiry into patterns of movement and passionate action

Cleansing old stories/conditioning

Navigating the waters of chaos and change, honoring grief

Expanding imagination

A lyrical dance with possibility and wild expression

Healing the whole

An invitation into slowing down, stillness and mystery

There is a vitality, a life-force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost.

Kerri Kelly (she/her)

Kerri Kelly is a movement artist, wellness activist, and author of American Detox: The Myth of Wellness and How We Can Truly Heal. Her work lives at the intersection of healing and justice, where the body becomes a site of truth, power, and collective possibility. For over two decades, she has skillfully guided healers, activists, and change-makers in discovering their place in the movement, cultivating resilience, and expanding their capacity for courageous impact.

Kerri’s leadership is rooted in a deep knowing: our liberation and our wellbeing are bound together. Through CTZNWELL, the collective she founded, she is helping to weave inside-out people power—transforming personal awakening into political action, and organizing toward a future where everyone belongs.

Dana Balicki (she/her)

Dana Balicki is a Joshua Tree-based transformational coach and spiritual guide whose work lives at the threshold—between the personal and political, the visible and the unseen, the practical and the magical. Through her practice of “slowdown medicine,” she helps seekers remember who they are beneath the noise of dominant culture, guiding thousands through tender, luminous pathways of inner transformation. With roots in movement organizing and mystical traditions, she weaves activism, ritual, and deep presence into a practice that heals and disrupts. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vice, Well + Good, The Numinous, The Wall Street Journal, and more. Her podcast, crying in my jacuzzi, is a sanctuary for the spiritually curious, offering soul balm for complex times.
