EMBRACING THE DARK
Â
Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—the moment when darkness is most complete and the turning toward light quietly begins. This practice is an invitation to move inward, to rest from performance, and to listen to what has been waiting beneath the surface. Together, we enter the dark not to fix or bypass it, but to honor what is ending, grieve what has been lost, and compost the stories that no longer serve. Through reflection, stillness, and embodied presence, we tend the small but enduring spark within—trusting that new life begins its gestation here, in the quiet, before the light returns.
